OG-CI Series Web flexographic Printing Machine Olger produced apply to paper (40-350g/m2), film (0.015mm-0.2mm), non-woven fabric, woven bags, aqueous / alcohol ink printing. Its structure is precise, its operation is easy, its maintains is simply, color register is accuracy, the color is gorgeous, the printing ink is equal, layer is rich, stereoscopic effect is strong.

Adopt closed dual scraper cavity ink system. The ink system consists of scraper base, two pcs of scrapers, side seal plate of wear soft materialand ceramic anilox into a closed ink cavity. The ink stored in sealed ink chamber and scrape ink by reverse scraper, role of scraper in forward direction can seal.  As sealed performance is good, it is helpful for health and environmental protection. This machine configure 875mesh wire/inch on the ceramic anilox,mesh wire on the printing plate up to 175wire/inch.On the traditional open ink system, ink of large area directly are exposed to the atmosphere.On solvent-based inks, solvent evaporate into the atmosphere, it will change ink characteristics and pollute environment. If we use water-based ink, then it will produce bubbles easily as a result of affecting print quality

Center impression roller (CI drum) adopts two layer circulating water cooling structure with high accurate surface machining technology. Surface coating layer is more than 100um and diameter direction jumpiness tolerance within +/-0.008mm. Accurate constant surface temperature on the central drum is controlled accurately, setting range 30 ~ 50 ℃, error : less than or equal to +/- 2℃. Dryer between color station does not affect temperature on drum surface in order to ensure constant impression force in continuous production

Automatic hydraulic position system. While machine started up, fluid cylinder push anilox to close plate roller in offering, plate roller closed to CI drum for to print, locking cylinder pressed on to lock. While machine stopped , the locking oil cylinder will release, fluid cylinde push anilox to released from plate roller and  plate roller released from CI drum, but transmitting gear still meshed. When printing again, hydraulic device reset automatically during this process and the printing pressure or registering precision keeps no change.

Ink viscosity Auto Tracking Controller.Micro computer controlled with tracking feedback, real time auto adjusts viscosity. Keep ink viscosity stable & reduce print defections,insuring the printing quality consistency. Lower ink consumption & production cost saving. Control precision: less than +/-0.4seconds. Convenient control & adjust for operation. With alarm function to automatically alarm when no ink or solvent supplied.
