Why done you approach some of you local printers in Hong Kong who offer a design and printing service and they will do it all for you in house. Why pay a print management firm if you don't have to. Call around a few printing firms for the best price. I am sure the people in your local chamber of commerce will help with advice.
 
After all Hong Kong and China a renowned as the place to get inexpensive printing done.

I agree with Trevor, Hong Kong has some of the best printing prices you can get, but unless you want to buy a large quantity of print, buying outside of your home country can get expensive due to taxes/transport etc

Why use a print broker and pay them a fee. Any decent printer will be able to give you a price for a complete package. Shop around a few for the best combination of price and service. Printing and graphic design in Pembrokeshire.
