Very little information is available regarding Silanediol Salicylate, although it is noted in many ingredients lists that it is considered organic silicone. It is the combination of 2-Hydroxybenzoic Acid (which is also known as Salicylic Acid), and a Dihydroxysilyl ester, and is used as a skin conditioning agent and emollient in skin care products and formulas.
