Has anyone heard of Midas Print, based in Newport.  We tried to order some simple printed materials from them about three weeks ago.  They said that they hadn't received the artwork from us, but by that time it was too late for us to use it.  So we cancelled the order.  We are now having all kinds of trouble getting the refund back from them.

 

Anyone else having problems with them.
