Acetylleucine the melting point is 114.3 ℃, boiling point is 304 ℃. Acetylleucine up to the ignition point 546 ℃, relative density is 1.2190 (15 / 4 ℃). Acetylleucine stable in the air. Acetylleucine slightly soluble in cold water, soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, ethyl ether, chloroform, acetone, glycerol, and benzene, insoluble in petroleum ether.
